    Job Description

    Purpose Of Role
    We’re currently looking for an Experienced Sales Manager to work at our Head Office in Bradford.

    You will be responsible for the management of our team of Business Development Executives who sell a variety of automotive components, including wheels and body kits. You will be responsible for driving the team and will take the lead and responsibility for their business activities, focusing on strategy, sales, quality, customer service, and efficiency and employee engagement.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement the business strategy and organisational performance plans
    • Offer leadership and direction to the business development executives and ensure delivery in full of the business plans and objectives
    • Lead and motivate direct reports direct reports to achieve organisational goals, by setting appropriate objectives, carrying out performance reviews, providing feedback/coaching
    • Pro-actively seek new global sales opportunities.
    • Define and monitor achievable targets and goals for members and ensure that we meet customer and business needs. Regularly review as required to support the business.
    • Ensure that the above targets and expectations are met and/or exceeded.
    • Manage department resources as required.
    • Put in place new ideas and best business practice, continuously driving these initiatives forward.
    • Directly handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
    • Put in place a sustainable management structure to sustain the day-to-day functioning of the department.
    • Promote and utilize the use of the CRM system for every customer contact. Analyze trends, reasons why customers contact us, etc, and drive a continuous improvement philosophy.
    • Find ways of getting team morale to a high standard, by introducing rewards and incentives for high performance.

    Desired Skills and Experience
    • Strong, inspirational leader with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a strong and effective group of Business Development Executives
    • Intelligent individual with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Experienced Sales Manager
    • Strong business and financial acumen with excellent communication skills, with robust decision making, planning and organisational skills.
    •Ideal candidate will have worked within a similar Sales Manager position previously
