    Job Description

    Purpose Of Role
    Our CEO is looking to recruit a motivated, experienced PA/Business Development Exec to assist him with daily tasks and the smooth running of the business and associated projects.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, astute and driven individual to play a pivotal role in a real British success story.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    To organize and manage the diary for Senior Management, including arranging meetings as needed.
    To use own initiative and be proactive in business development.
    To read and have a good understanding of accounts and finance.

    To field incoming calls and inquiries.
    To set up and manage internal meetings between members of staff and project teams, including diary management for the meeting spaces.
    Taking minutes in meetings as and when required.
    Welcoming guests and VIPs.
    To plan and manage internal and external events, including but not limited to exhibitions, trade shows and internal launch events.
    To coordinate media appearances.
    To book all travel arrangements for the Senior Management and members of staff when required.
    To manage projects set by senior management and delegate tasks accordingly.
    To book and manage personal appointments as and when necessary.
    To ensure that the movements of the Senior Management team are communicated to relevant persons.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    The ideal candidates will have:
    University degree at level first class.
    PA/Business Development Background (10+ years experience).
    Experience and proficiency in accounts would also be desirable.
    Communicating with various media / press personnel (desirable, although not essential)
    Strong time management and organisational skills
    The ability to communicate to various stakeholders
    Very strong in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
    Language – must be fluent in English (written and oral)
