    Purpose Of Role
    Kahn Design is a brand at the forefront of the automotive design industry.

     
    Known for our cutting edge, aesthetic customisations to Range Rover, Land Rover Defender, and Jeep products (amongst others), as well as our innovative wheel collections; we never say never.     Key Duties and Responsibilities
    Kahn Design is a brand at the forefront of the automotive design industry.
    Known for our cutting edge, aesthetic customisations to Range Rover, Land Rover Defender, and Jeep products (amongst others), as well as our innovative wheel collections; we never say never. We are ambitious, globally recognised, niche but growing exponentially and we need talented designers to help create the future of Kahn Design products.
    • Work alongside the existing team to help develop and drive projects, from conception to completion.
    • Prepare renderings and Surface Data of design proposals
    • Contribute effectively to team discussions to ensure understanding of any proposed design changes.
    • Support other designers with the generation of 3D models from 2D proposals and/or verbal directions.
    • Provide technical information and support to senior management for design reviews.
    • Manage specific projects to ensure deadlines are set and met.
    • Liaise with partners and/or suppliers when required.
    • Carry out special projects, as directed by management.
    • Plan and prioritise own workload.
    Skills & Knowledge
    • Educated to degree level.
    • 2D presentation (sketching/rendering).
    • A working knowledge of component manufacturing tooling requirements.
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop software.
    • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain specifications/ technical data to others.
    • Excellent freehand sketching skills
    • Familiarity with Alias, Adobe Illustrator and Indesign desirable.

    Desired Skills and Experience
